The Brightstar Analyst Program provides high-potential students with the opportunity to work alongside Deloitte professionals on real business challenges, research assignments, and consulting projects. Key Responsibilities
* Support consulting teams with research, analysis, and preparation of client deliverables
* Assist in gathering, organizing, and interpreting financial, operational, and business data
* Participate in market research, benchmarking, and business performance analysis
* Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Contribute to problem-solving discussions and structured business analysis activities
* Work collaboratively with teams across consultative business functions and client engagements
* Build understanding of financial concepts, consulting frameworks, and professional service delivery
* Develop strong business writing and presentation skills through practical project exposure
* Maintain professionalism while engaging with clients, managers, and internal teams

Ideal Profile
* UAE National currently studying in the UAE
* Currently in second year or first semester of third year at university
* Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
* Other accepted fields include Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability Studies, and Data Management
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential
* Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong business writing and analytical thinking abilities
