Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales transactions in the company\'s CRM system.
