Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable solutions using Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation to optimize customer compensation plans.
- Develop technical specifications and data models to support complex business requirements.
- Lead technical design workshops and collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Integrate multiple data sources such as Oracle EPM, Oracle Sales Planning, HCM, CRM, and ERP.
- Implement ETL processes, data pipelines, and workflows to streamline data integration.
- Communicate technical requirements and strategies to business leaders using story-based narratives.
- Customize Fusion Incentive Compensation, including creating custom attributes, segments, and data models.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, sales, IT, and data science.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to Fusion Incentive Compensation to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain documentation and best practices for all development, integration, and customization processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, data security regulations, and Oracle technology advancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.
- Strong expertise in data integration, data management, and analytics.
- Experience working with Oracle Cx applications, Oracle EPM, Oracle APEX, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of APIs and data integration tools.

Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation and its integration within the Oracle ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data privacy and security.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
