This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong experience in financial data analytics, performance tracking, and incentive management. You will play a critical role in managing business planning, MIS development, reporting processes, and aligning incentive structures for FAB-Islamic, supporting growth and profitability.

What You’ll Do
* Support the implementation and execution of business planning and MIS frameworks for FAB-Islamic
* Develop and manage incentive calculation and policy for FAB-Islamic, ensuring yearly updates and alignment with Group standards
* Produce user-friendly MIS
reporting on assets and liabilities across products, branches, and sales performance
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as SALAMA and the group insurance division for customer Takaful, premiums, and claims
* Provide regular and ad hoc performance analytics to highlight key business drivers and improvement opportunities
* Contribute to budget finalization, planning cycles, and forecasting across departments
* Prepare appraisal scorecards and performance evaluations for senior management
* Lead initiatives to enhance reporting platforms by collaborating with IT and digitalization teams
* Track performance against budget across product lines, distribution networks, and sales targets
* Identify cross-sell opportunities by analyzing customer databases and exploring segment potential
* Ensure all reporting aligns with evolving group and regulatory requirements
Candidate Requirements
* Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in banking or financial services, ideally in a performance or reporting role
* Deep understanding of financial planning, incentive management, and MIS systems
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of Power BI
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with commercial acumen
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations with strategic focus and business clarity
* Effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator with exposure to financial planning and business operations
