Dynamics 365 Finance Ops Lead

Join a high-performing team where you will lead digital transformation projects leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain. As a Finance Ops Lead, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and deploying cloud business applications to modernize business operations and drive data-driven insights for clients. This role offers the flexibility to work on cutting-edge projects while developing expertise in cloud solutions and consulting.

- Configure, process map, migrate data, and develop reports within Dynamics 365.
- Re-engineer business processes to align with best practices and industry standards.

- Implement production-ready solutions using Agile methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

Education & Certifications:
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, configuration, data migration, and software customization.
- Experience in a Big Four firm or equivalent consulting environment is highly regarded.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, billing, analytics, and automation technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-led solution design mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client interactions.
