Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and design innovative cloud solutions.
- Configure, process map, migrate data, and develop reports within Dynamics 365.
- Re-engineer business processes to align with best practices and industry standards.
- Showcase solution capabilities to stakeholders, providing a vision of the “art-of-the-possible.”
- Implement production-ready solutions using Agile methodologies and tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education & Certifications:
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain.
- Strong expertise in business process mapping, configuration, data migration, and software customization.
- Experience in a Big Four firm or equivalent consulting environment is highly regarded.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP, CRM, billing, analytics, and automation technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a business-led solution design mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for client interactions.
