Role Context
The Junior Business Analyst supports consulting teams by gathering data, analysing business operations, conducting benchmarking studies, and helping identify practical solutions for complex client challenges. This role combines structured analysis, financial understanding, stakeholder communication, and exposure to emerging technologies while building strong consulting capabilities in a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support consulting teams in delivering high-quality project outcomes and client solutions
* Collect, organise, and analyse operational, business, and financial data to support strategic recommendations
* Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking analysis to identify industry best practices and improvement opportunities
* Apply structured thinking and consulting frameworks to organise findings and solve business challenges
* Assist in improving business processes and operational performance across client engagements
* Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and client deliverables using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Support digital transformation initiatives involving AI, RPA, IoT, Blockchain, and Cloud technologies
* Build professional relationships with clients and internal teams through strong communication and collaboration
* Assist with project plans, program tracking, and delivery of consulting milestones
* Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting strict deadlines
* Share insights and provide support to peers within the consulting team structure
Ideal Profile
* UAE National currently based in the UAE
* Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, HR, Marketing, Management, or related fields
* MBA or relevant master’s degree is an advantage
* Strong written and spoken English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
* Strong analytical, administrative, and numeracy skills
* Ability to understand and interpret complex business and financial data
* Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven consulting environment
* Willingness to travel when required
