Position Overview
The Manager – Partnerships is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing strategic partnerships with government entities and stakeholders to support RTA’s mission and institutional objectives. The role ensures effective collaboration, alignment with governance policies, and measurable impact through structured engagement programs.

What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement strategic partnership plans aligned with RTA’s organizational goals.
* Evaluate existing partnerships and recommend improvements to enhance performance.
* Draft and manage memorandums of understanding (MoUs) in line with RTA governance protocols.
* Coordinate with internal departments to establish and enforce partnership-related policies and procedures.
* Measure the effectiveness of partnership initiatives using KPIs and feedback systems.
* Ensure unified engagement and communication with stakeholders across the organization.
* Identify and secure new strategic partnership opportunities to expand RTA’s network and influence.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or strategic planning.
* Strong leadership abilities with a record of achieving results through collaboration.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
