- Proven expertise in business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, financial modeling, and restructuring.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex engagements.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in valuation techniques, financial modeling, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
