- Lead and manage valuation analyses for tax, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and corporate planning purposes.
- Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry-specific factors that influence valuation methodologies.
- Ensure deliverables adhere to quality assurance standards and effectively mitigate associated risks.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring seamless execution of engagements and delivering high-impact insights.
- Guide and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.
- Align valuation practices with industry best standards and innovative financial modeling techniques.

Required Skills and Experience:
Education & Certifications:
- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in financial consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proven expertise in business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and financial modeling.
- Strong background in restructuring, raising debt or equity, and transaction advisory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage people, engagement components, and ensure timely deliverables.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in valuation methodologies, discounted cash flow (DCF) modeling, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting financial statements and market trends.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
