Guest Assistance: - Respond to guest requests for minibar items, either by delivering items to their room or providing assistance with minibar selection.
Maintain Cleanliness: - Ensure that minibars are clean and well-organized, including the surrounding area in the room (i.e., shelves, fridge, and drawers).
Billing and Charges: - Monitor items taken from the minibar and ensure proper billing procedures are followed, updating guest accounts as necessary.
Customer Service-Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, offering recommendations, and ensuring guest satisfaction with minibar offerings.
Compliance: - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, particularly regarding the handling of food and beverages.
Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate logs of minibar transactions, restocking activities, and guest requests for inventory manage and reporting purposes.
