Office Administrator – Deloitte – Dubai, UAE

Position Overview
The Office Administrator role at Deloitte Dubai supports the Consulting function by ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and office operations. This position plays a key role in coordination, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder support within a fast-paced professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the first point of contact for internal administrative and support-related enquiries within the Consulting function
* Oversee daily office operations and internal administrative workflows
* Manage complex travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transfers, and visas
* Organize internal meetings, calendars, and business events
* Coordinate internal communication and operational support activities
* Welcome new joiners and support HR teams with onboarding processes
* Manage office-related documentation, licensing, and insurance records
* Handle data entry, document archiving, filing, and record keeping
* Maintain and update Excel logs for vendors, subcontractors, receipts, and payment vouchers
* Prepare financial documents including invoices, accounts payable, and receivable records
* Support bank reconciliations, verify deposits, and process business payments
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly and periodic administrative closures

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or office management roles
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* High level of proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and email systems
