What you will be doing:
Coordinate lead distribution with Market Developer. Assist MD in contacting fence contractors with lead opportunities.
Dodge/Onvia, publication leads (projects bidding)
Contacting project specifier (A&E firm) to request a clarification in specifications or requesting to be listed as an acceptable manufacturer within a project specification through addendum process.
Utilize Star System to enter projects, enter notes, and attach all communications to set up and maintain project profile information for future reference.
Coordinate project follow-up responsibility and manage project follow-up - includes running 30 day follow up report twice a month.
Follow the project from bidding through order entry.
Compile project specific submittal packages for fence contractor, including Engineered drawings as required.
Quoting Stalwart & Bollard projects as required.
Review Project Exception Reports daily.
Assist Territory Specialist, Market Developers, other Project Managers and Assistant Regional Managers as needed.
The skills and experience you need:
Bachelor's degree preferred. Any equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience, with additional work experience substituting for the required education on a year for year basis.
Experience working within Building Materials Industry and/or manufacturing.
Experience in Construction Processes preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills required
Analytical and problem solving skills required
Strong Excel skills required
