Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement UKG Pro WFM solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
- Facilitate client workshops, analyze complex requirements, and configure software solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UKG product releases and certifications.
- Ensure best practices in functionality, user experience, and integration complexity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions within project timelines.
- Provide ongoing functional advice and technical support to clients.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education & Certifications:
- Relevant degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in consulting or client-side implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).
- Strong expertise in one or more UKG Pro WFM functional areas such as time and attendance, rostering, forecasting, or workforce activities.
Technical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables.
