The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, working with senior leadership and stakeholders to drive evidence-based decision-making and long-term program success.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholders
* Collaborate with government agencies, policymakers, and external partners to gather input and align strategies
* Support the development of long-term strategic plans, resource allocation, and performance tracking
* Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed policies, ensuring alignment with Talent 2033 objectives
* Contribute to high-impact strategic projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, STEM, or related field
* Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar roles
* Proven record of developing insights and supporting decisions in complex environments
* Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
* Critical thinker with ability to interpret data into actionable strategies
* Understanding of public sector operations, regulatory frameworks, and policy development
* High professionalism, accountability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
