Strategy Consultant – Talent 2033 Program – Dubai, UAE will provide research, analysis, and strategic insights to guide the design and implementation of high-impact initiatives. Working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, the role supports evidence-based decision-making, policy evaluation, and long-term planning for the Talent 2033 program.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct research on industry trends, policy developments, and competitive landscapes to inform program direction
* Evaluate existing programs and initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and actionable recommendations
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover risks, opportunities, and long-term solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies and policymakers, to ensure strategic alignment
* Support development of long-term plans covering goal-setting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
* Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and key stakeholders
* Assess the impact of policies and initiatives, recommending enhancements to ensure program objectives are met
* Contribute to strategic projects, ensuring deliverables are achieved within deadlines
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, STEM, or related discipline
* Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar roles
* Proven expertise in strategic analysis, insight generation, and decision-making support
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on systemic and long-term outcomes
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including storytelling and visualization of insights
* High professionalism, accountability, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
* Knowledge of public sector operations, policy frameworks, and regulatory challenges
* Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to translate data into recommendations
