T&T Manager - Project Manager (SI) - Government Public Sector
Take on a leadership role in delivering transformative system integration (SI) projects within the government and public sector. As a Project Manager in Deloitte’s Government & Public Services team, you will lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cloud technologies and modern engineering practices to drive efficiency and innovation for public sector clients. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage complex projects, and contribute to meaningful societal impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of SI projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Oversee the implementation of complex IT solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Engage with public sector clients to understand their needs and translate business objectives into effective project solutions.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Foster innovation by leveraging cloud technologies and new ways of working to optimize project outcomes.
- Manage project teams, including internal resources, external vendors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular project status reviews with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful execution.
- Develop proposals and presentations for business development activities within the government sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government and public sector stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education & Certifications:
- Tertiary qualification in technology, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant project management certification preferred.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of professional experience in project management within a leading consulting firm.
- Strong background in system integration (SI) projects for government and public sector clients.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex digital transformation engagements.
- Experience in business development, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in cloud technologies, ERP, CRM, and data analytics solutions.
- Strong financial and risk management capabilities for large-scale IT projects.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and leadership skills.
