Key Responsibilities
* Lead the regional asset management team and establish clear priorities for growth, delivery, and service excellence.
* Strengthen Parsons\' market position across the Middle East and Africa.
* Build trusted executive-level relationships with clients, partners, government entities, and industry stakeholders.
* Identify emerging client needs and convert them into structured consulting opportunities.
* Direct major pursuits, proposals, framework agreements, and strategic business-development initiatives.
* Shape asset management solutions that address operational, financial, organizational, and lifecycle challenges.
* Provide technical and commercial oversight across the regional project portfolio.
* Maintain high standards of delivery performance, profitability, and client satisfaction.
* Advise on asset management strategies, governance models, organizational transformation, and investment planning.
* Guide clients on ISO 55000 principles and recognized asset management practices.
* Provide leadership on Public-Private Partnership and concession-based infrastructure programs.
* Develop performance frameworks, handback strategies, lifecycle requirements, and long-term value optimization plans.
* Collaborate with regional and global leaders to develop new services and advance strategic objectives.
* Recruit, mentor, coach, and retain senior professionals and subject matter experts.
* Promote data-led asset management and the practical adoption of digital technologies.
* Apply advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, connected sensors, and predictive maintenance concepts to asset-intensive environments.
* Represent the organization at conferences, client forums, executive workshops, and industry events.
* Contribute to thought leadership, professional publications, and market engagement.
* Travel across the Middle East and Africa when required for projects and business development.
Ideal Profile
Candidates should hold a bachelor\'s degree in engineering, asset management, infrastructure, technology, or a related discipline. The position requires at least twenty-five years of experience spanning asset management, infrastructure consulting, digital transformation, or technology-enabled advisory services.
Applicants must demonstrate success in building businesses, leading senior multidisciplinary teams, expanding client portfolios, and securing major programs across different sectors and geographies. Deep knowledge of asset management strategy, ISO 55000, governance, investment planning, and organizational change is essential.
Relevant experience should cover asset-intensive sectors such as transportation, mobility, utilities, water, energy, aviation, public services, or smart cities. The successful candidate will be commercially astute, persuasive with executive stakeholders, and confident representing the organization publicly.
Professional credentials such as CAMA, IAM Certificate, IAM Diploma, CEng, PMP, or an MBA will be advantageous. An established regional network across infrastructure and public-sector markets is also desirable.
