This role involves overseeing the manufacturing production process within an Aluminium or Joinery factory, ensuring smooth operations, maximum performance, and profitability. Reporting to the Project Controller and Deputy CEO of Manufacturing, the Factory Supervisor/Manager will lead production teams, maintain high standards of efficiency, and contribute to the organization\'s growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires strategic planning, effective team management, and adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
