What You’ll Do
* Perform technical and professional repairs on luxury and standard timepieces
* Assess the authenticity and reparability of watches
* Provide accurate technical estimates for service and repairs
* Carry out quality control checks on completed service work
* Maintain and follow technical documentation and procedures
* Support the after-sales service team in achieving service revenue and customer satisfaction goals
* Monitor, record, and report recurring technical issues for review and improvement
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 3 to 4 years of experience as a watch technician or horologist
* Technical training or certification in watch repair preferred
* Strong attention to detail with ability to handle delicate mechanisms
* Team player with the ability to manage workload independently
* Experience in both mechanical and quartz timepieces is an advantage
* Ability to handle service documentation and quality assurance procedures
