Welding Manager - Manufacturing Operations Ajman
Role Summary
AL Fan Emirates is hiring a full-time Welding Manager to lead our welding operations at our facility in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This on-site role is ideal for a certified welding professional with strong managerial experience, quality control expertise, and hands-on proficiency in both standard and TIG welding techniques. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and oversee day-to-day welding activities within a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, supervise, and schedule daily operations of the welding department
* Oversee all welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
* Conduct inspections and ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
* Maintain proper documentation for welding procedures and quality checks
* Train and mentor welding staff, promoting skill development and safety practices
* Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for seamless workflow
* Ensure compliance with relevant welding codes and industry regulations
* Develop and implement productivity improvement strategies
* Prepare periodic reports for management regarding project status and resource needs
* Maintain an organized and safe work environment in accordance with company policy
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree (required)
* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a welding or industrial environment
* At least 2 years of hands-on welding experience including TIG welding
* Proficiency in welding inspection and quality control
* Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (required)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Certification in welding and quality control preferred
* Manufacturing or construction industry background is a plus
