This role leads the end-to-end deployment of the Darwinbox cloud-based HRIS platform across multiple regions and business units, ensuring strong project governance, stakeholder alignment, smooth integration, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the global implementation of the Darwinbox HRIS platform across multiple regions, business units, and functional workstreams.
* Develop and manage the full project plan, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, governance structure, and delivery checkpoints.
* Coordinate cross-functional activities involving HR, Technology, Payroll, Finance, business leaders, and external implementation partners.
* Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business goals, agreed scope, approved budget, system requirements, and implementation timelines.
* Drive decision-making, issue resolution, escalation management, and leadership reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
* Partner with HR stakeholders to review, standardise, and improve global HR processes before and during system configuration.
* Translate HR operational needs and business requirements into functional specifications and system design requirements.
* Ensure Darwinbox configuration supports employee lifecycle management, organisational structures, workflows, approvals, reporting, and integrations.
* Support data governance, data migration, data validation, user acceptance testing, and system readiness activities.
* Act as the main liaison between HR teams, Technology teams, vendors, senior leaders, and regional stakeholders.
* Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering meetings, design discussions, testing reviews, and go-live readiness sessions.
* Build stakeholder engagement across regions to improve alignment, adoption, and confidence in the new HRIS platform.
* Prepare regular project updates for senior leadership, steering committees, and key decision-makers.
* Support communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and change management plans for successful user adoption.
* Coordinate post-go-live stabilisation, continuous improvement actions, and transition into business-as-usual HR operations.
* Maintain clear project documentation, process maps, governance records, risk logs, and implementation evidence.
* Ensure the HRIS implementation follows company policies, information security standards, data privacy rules, and compliance requirements.
* Lead assigned team members with clear direction, collaboration, accountability, and a strong focus on delivery excellence.
* Promote DP World values, safety standards, Code of Conduct, ethics policies, and professional behaviours in all project activities.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related discipline.
* Previous hands-on experience implementing the Darwinbox cloud-based HRIS platform is essential.
* Proven experience leading HRIS, HR technology, or enterprise HR transformation projects in a global organisation.
* Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR workflows, approvals, payroll touchpoints, reporting, and system integrations.
* Ability to convert HR business requirements into practical system requirements, functional specifications, and implementation actions.
* Experienced in working closely with Technology teams, third-party vendors, implementation partners, and regional business stakeholders.
* Strong project management capability with a record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple locations.
* Able to manage global stakeholders across different regions, cultures, and time zones with clear communication and strong follow-through.
* Skilled in senior stakeholder reporting, workshop facilitation, risk management, project documentation, and change adoption.
* HRIS, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certification is preferred.
* Experience in change management, organisational transformation, HR data governance, integrations, and reporting frameworks will be an advantage.
* Strategic, analytical, organised, and delivery-focused, with the ability to solve problems and maintain project momentum.
