Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP systems and enterprise business applications across key business functions.
* Manage multiple IT projects at the same time, ensuring timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets remain on track.
* Develop detailed project plans covering schedules, milestones, governance structures, resource needs, risks, and dependencies.
* Define project scope, business requirements, success criteria, delivery standards, and stakeholder expectations.
* Coordinate with finance, operations, commercial, procurement, HR, customer service, and technology teams to align project execution with business needs.
* Monitor project progress, identify issues early, and escalate risks with clear action plans for timely resolution.
* Conduct regular project review meetings, stakeholder updates, and steering committee presentations.
* Maintain complete project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle, including plans, reports, approvals, decisions, and change records.
* Drive the use of structured project management methods such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models.
* Support change management, user adoption, and business readiness during ERP and enterprise application rollouts.
* Ensure project governance, reporting, and communication remain clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational standards.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects or enterprise business application rollouts.
* Strong understanding of project planning, delivery governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and budget tracking.
* Able to handle several active projects across different business departments without losing control of priorities or deadlines.
* Experience working with finance, operations, procurement, HR, commercial, and customer service systems is highly valuable.
* PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
* ERP-related certification will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present project updates clearly to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
* Practical, organized, and confident in managing fast-moving project environments with limited contract duration.
