Marine CAD/BIM Operator – Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
Parsons Corporation is hiring a Marine CAD/BIM Operator for its Dubai office. The role focuses on preparing precise engineering drawings for marine and coastal infrastructure, including revetments, breakwaters, dredging, seawater intake/outfall structures, and marina developments. You will utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM platforms to support engineers and ensure compliance with project standards.

What You’ll Do
* Prepare engineering drawings including layouts, sections, and details using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
* Convert engineering sketches, notes, and design information into formal technical drawings
* Develop CAD/BIM models for coastal protection structures, beaches, groynes, seawater intakes, outfalls, marina berths, navigational channels, quay walls, and reclamation works
* Perform dimensional calculations and ensure accuracy in all drawings
* Follow company drafting standards, codes, and project procedures
* Coordinate with engineers to refine designs and resolve drafting issues
* Maintain organized design files, revisions, and documentation
* Support BIM coordination activities across marine and coastal engineering projects
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related drafting/design experience
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM tools
* Experience in preparing drawings for marine and coastal engineering projects
* Strong knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and construction documentation
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* Familiarity with industry regulations and standards for marine infrastructure
* UAE/GCC work experience preferred
