Ideal Profile
* Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related discipline.
* Between 7 and 10 years of marine engineering experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in marine operations, EPCI projects, and offshore activities.
* Advanced knowledge of marine electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Detailed understanding of applicable marine regulations, standards, and guidelines.
* Able to translate regulatory and technical requirements into workable solutions.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and systems.
* Experienced in risk assessment, maintenance planning, and equipment-performance monitoring.
* Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
