Field Researcher – Government Project (Arabic and English Required) – Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
Dicetek LLC is seeking dedicated Field Researchers for a government project in Dubai running from 1 September to 8 November 2025, with the possibility of extension. This is an hourly paid role, requiring 5 hours of work per day. The position is ideal for candidates fluent in Arabic and English who hold a valid UAE visa (not on visit visa). * Attend and complete the training program to fully understand survey methodology, definitions, and procedures.
* Receive and use the official project identification card during the assignment.
* Conduct household field visits within the assigned area following the approved work plan.
* Collect accurate and complete data using approved tools and electronic devices.
* Submit completed forms and reports to the field supervisor on time.
* Verify collected data against official documents and identification when available.
* Ensure households are informed of the survey purpose before beginning data collection.
* Maintain strict confidentiality of all collected information during and after the project.
* Record discrepancies and prepare daily verification reports for the supervisor.
* Correct and resubmit data errors as instructed.
* Collaborate with quality control and information systems teams to uphold accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
* Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).
* Valid UAE visa (not on visit visa).
* Diploma or higher qualification preferred.
* Strong interpersonal communication and cultural sensitivity for household visits.
* Basic computer skills for digital data entry.
* Proven reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail in previous roles.
* Physically fit to conduct household visits across the assigned geographic area.
