The role involves delivering exceptional service during arrivals and departures, assisting guests with requests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects Marriott’s promise of “Wonderful Hospitality. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety, and confidentiality standards
* Maintain professional appearance and communication at all times
* Support a seamless guest experience by collaborating with other hotel departments
Ideal Profile
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* No prior experience required; training will be provided
* Ability to stand, walk, and move objects up to 50 lbs unassisted
* Strong communication skills and guest-focused approach
* Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
