Position Overview
Talabat is looking for a Rider Communication and Engagement Specialist in Dubai, UAE to strengthen communication and engagement with its rider community across the MENA region. This role will support content development, campaign execution, and rider experience initiatives, ensuring that riders feel informed, valued, and connected.

What You’ll Do
* Create rider-focused content in English and Arabic, coordinating translations into Roman Urdu and Kurdish
* Write engaging copy for in-app messages, SMS, newsletters, social media, and video scripts
* Maintain a content bank and messaging templates for consistent communications across markets
* Support the execution of regional rider communication campaigns for seasonal and operational events
* Manage assigned parts of the rider communication calendar, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders
* Lead and coordinate rider campaigns or on-ground events under supervision, including logistics and vendor follow-up
* Manage digital rider-facing platforms such as WhatsApp, Tweety, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
* Track and report on campaign performance, budget efficiency, and ROI
* Support post-campaign evaluations, collecting rider feedback and field insights for improvement
* Collaborate with operations, fleet partners, and marketing teams to align messaging and initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in content creation, communications, or copywriting, ideally in logistics, technology, or gig-economy
* Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Psychology, or a related field
* Native-level fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
* Strong content portfolio covering campaigns, crisis communication, social media posts, and educational materials
* Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms for communication campaigns
* Experience managing content calendars and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines
* Creative thinker with analytical ability to evaluate campaign impact and optimize future efforts
* Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
