Position Overview
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and enhance the online presence of its Leisure and Entertainment brands, including Activate, Magic Planet, Yalla Bowling, iFly, and new concepts. The role involves developing strategies, executing campaigns, managing agencies, and creating engaging content that aligns with brand identity and customer expectations.

What You’ll Do
* Conduct competitive analysis, customer behavior research, and trend insights to support campaign development
* Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns from concept through execution
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate social media into campaign strategies
* Oversee creation of campaign assets, ensuring adherence to brand identity and platform best practices
* Manage agency partners to plan, schedule, and publish campaign content on time
* Develop quarterly integrated content plans aligned with marketing and PR calendars
* Co-manage brand social media accounts with agency teams and monitor performance metrics
* Create compelling content for newsletters, websites, and other digital products
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of professional social media experience
* Broader marketing background with knowledge of digital, loyalty, branding, and online trends
* Strong creative thinking skills and ability to generate innovative ideas
* Attention to detail with the ability to manage tactical execution across platforms
* Willingness to travel when required for brand activations and events
