* Develop questionnaires using rigorous research methodologies.

* Maintain control of schedules, budgets and delivery milestones.

* Minimum 15 years of survey management, market research or related experience.
* Advanced knowledge of survey design and questionnaire development.
* Strong understanding of sampling methodologies.
* Proven ability to analyze and interpret statistical data.
* Experience with survey platforms and data-analysis tools.
* Strong project-management and concurrent-delivery capabilities.
* Experience controlling research budgets and project costs.
* Proven leadership of survey or research teams.
* Ability to train and mentor research professionals.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
