We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Strategy Manager to lead our content strategy initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs, user experience, and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, content management systems, digital marketing, and cross-channel content execution. This role involves leading a team of content creators, collaborating with UI/UX designers, and driving strategic content decisions that enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies that prioritize customer needs, user experience, and business goals
- Ensure content strategies are aligned with SEO best practices and are optimized for digital delivery channels
- Understand the connection between content, delivery technologies, and design, working closely with UI/UX designers to enhance customer journeys
- Lead brainstorming workshops with clients to establish content strategy goals and deliverables
- Define and manage campaign briefs, content inputs, and new projects for copy and publishing teams
- Collaborate with extended teams and build stakeholder relationships to influence business goals positively
- Gather and create messaging and style guide assets, ensuring consistency in content execution
- Drive cross-channel content execution for web, app, SaaS, and CRM platforms
- Utilize generative AI tools to optimize content delivery at scale
- Lead and mentor a team of content creators and publishers, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Manage and monitor team work allocations, priorities, and timelines for content delivery
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers using tools such as Zeplin and Figma to create content modules and enhancements
Job Requirements
- Excellent English and Arabic writing and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) such as Adobe, WordPress, Magento, and Shopify
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media, and CRM systems
- Proficiency in technical SEO and its impact on content strategy
- Strong research skills and the ability to train on specific client technologies
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills with strong presentation and communication abilities
- Managerial experience leading teams of writers and publishers
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of generative AI tools and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and ability to create content in PowerPoint slide templates
- Working knowledge of UI/UX collaboration tools like Zeplin and Figma is a plus
- Creative and collaborative engagement style with strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven track record in digital content strategy, content management, and cross-channel marketing
- Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and strategic content planning
- Knowledge of content component modeling and information architecture
