Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead high-impact events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns for Cairo Festival City Mall, one of Egypt’s premier retail and lifestyle destinations. This role requires a strategic and creative events leader with proven expertise in retail, real estate, and large-scale event execution, ensuring maximum exposure, customer engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the annual events budget, aligning activities with business milestones, government festivals, and mall promotions
Design and execute innovative event concepts that support brand positioning and drive footfall
Secure sponsorships and partnerships with key brands, agencies, and suppliers to enhance event value
Lead the end-to-end event process, from concept and planning to execution and post-event reporting
Coordinate with retailers to encourage participation in mall-wide campaigns and promotional events
Oversee the production of multimedia content, including promotional videos and social media assets
Build strong relationships with local authorities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations
Align events with CSR initiatives, supporting community engagement and brand goodwill

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years of event management experience in retail, real estate, or lifestyle sectors
Strong vendor and sponsorship negotiation skills
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
Knowledge of Cairo’s events, festivals, and supplier networks preferred
Creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and customer experience
