Job Overview
As the Head of Marketing - Activation & Campaigns, you will manage agency partners, oversee campaign execution, align with digital and customer experience teams, and ensure high-performance marketing delivery through measurable KPIs. You will also lead a high-performing team, foster talent development, and drive a consistent brand presence across markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead consumer campaign activations across integrated communications channels
* Collaborate with external agencies and internal digital teams for seamless strategy execution
* Drive customer-centric campaign strategies tailored to local market insights
* Establish performance measurement frameworks to track campaign ROI and attribution
* Ensure cohesive branding and customer experience across all retail and point-of-sale touchpoints
* Manage marketing budgets, planning, and reporting functions
* Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with a focus on succession planning and capability growth
* Drive alignment with Al-Futtaim\'s SOPs, values, and compliance standards
Reporting & MIS
* Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer
* Develop business cases, proposals, and performance dashboards for senior management
Job Requirements
* 10 to 15 years’ experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably with advertising agency background
* Proven experience across multi-market campaigns and cross-channel communication strategies
* Demonstrated ability to drive customer-focused marketing strategies
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent communication and influencing capabilities at senior stakeholder level
* Strategic thinking with both long- and short-term business insight
* Experience working in matrixed organizations preferred
