What You’ll Do
* Assist in designing layouts, graphics, and visual materials for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
* Adapt and prepare templates, images, and layouts to project requirements
* Support the creation of infographics, charts, covers, and simple animations
* Ensure consistency with Parsons’ and
client brand guidelines
* Maintain and organize design libraries and files
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input
* Learn design workflow best practices and assist with preparing files for print and digital output
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
* 0–2 years of professional design experience (internships and academic projects accepted)
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus)
* Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
* Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn in a deadline-driven environment
* A developing portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and potential for growth
