What You’ll Do
* Execute copy and messaging for campaigns across retail banking products to deliver against annual marketing objectives
* Provide copywriting and proofreading support for advertising and product promotions
* Work from marketing briefs to create Arabic copy platforms for product offers, promotions, and regulatory messages
* Develop Arabic content for EDM, SMS, web, internal channels, branches, and other BTL activities
* Review and proofread Arabic copy from agencies to ensure quality, tone, and consistency
* Support strategic messaging to promote features and benefits of key products in Arabic
* Ensure customer channels consistently highlight product benefits in clear and simple Arabic
* Advise creative agencies on copy quality during campaign development
* Develop and maintain Arabic nomenclature tools, key terms, and best practice documents
* Adapt copy to appropriate Arabic dialects and ensure accurate terminology for Islamic products
* Monitor competitive activity and industry trends to inform messaging
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related discipline with a focus on Arabic writing
* 6 years of relevant experience in communications, including 4 years in Arabic marketing copywriting
* Strong background in working with agencies and marketing teams, ideally in FMCG, agency, or banking sectors
* Excellent written Arabic with solid knowledge of grammar, dialects, and tone of voice
* Ability to simplify complex product information into customer-friendly Arabic
* Familiarity with Islamic finance terms and culturally appropriate messaging
* Comfortable working with global, regional, and local marketing stakeholders
* Strong decision-making, communication, and project management skills
* Proactive, flexible, and solution-driven with a collaborative mindset
* Native Arabic speaker required; fluent in Arabic and proficient in English
