The role focuses on driving revenue and customer acquisition through impactful English copywriting, proofreading, and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver copy and messaging for retail banking product campaigns to achieve annual marketing objectives
* Provide copywriting and proofreading support for promotional activities and advertisements
* Work with marketing briefs to create English copy for product offers, regulatory notices, and promotions
* Develop English content for BTL communications including EDM, SMS, web, internal channels, and branches
* Review and proofread English copy prepared by agencies to ensure quality and alignment with tone of voice
* Support strategic messaging to promote product features and benefits clearly and consistently
* Ensure all channels communicate key product benefits in simple, customer-friendly English
* Partner with creative agencies during campaign development for copy advisory and proofreading
* Create English best practice tools, nomenclature documents, and a library of key terms for consistency
* Ensure culturally appropriate and compliant messaging for Islamic products and services
* Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and research insights to refine messaging
* Manage projects to deliver high-quality copy within timelines and budgets
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field with focus on creative or marketing writing
* At least 6 years of communications experience, with 4 years in copywriting roles focused on marketing or customer-facing writing
* Background in agency, FMCG, or banking preferred
* Exceptional written English with excellent grammar and tone control
* Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging copy
* Experience working with regional and global marketing teams in the Middle East
* Strong decision-making, communication, and project management skills
* Proactive, flexible, and solution-driven with ability to work under pressure
* Team player with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Native English speaker or mother tongue level fluency required
* Comfortable using AI tools to enhance copywriting efficiency and scalability
