What You’ll Do
* Design and develop creative visuals for social media platforms, including posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, GIFs, and other formats
* Translate creative briefs into innovative, high-quality designs that align with brand identity
* Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and motion designers to bring campaign ideas to life
* Maintain creative consistency across all marketing touchpoints
* Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance
* Manage timelines to ensure all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
* Stay updated with evolving design and social media trends, formats, and platform specifications
* Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of brand visual identity guidelines
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
* 4–6 years of experience in social media or digital design roles
* Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media work across multiple platforms
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
* Knowledge of social media formats and specifications for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to deliver under deadlines
