Position Overview
The UI Designer plays a key role in shaping visually refined, brand-consistent digital interfaces across ultra-high-net-worth, retail, and automotive financial services. This role focuses on translating customer journeys and business objectives into intuitive, elegant, and accessible user interfaces across mobile and web platforms, ensuring every digital touchpoint delivers both visual excellence and functional clarity.

Key Responsibilities
Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for mobile and web platforms aligned with brand standards.
Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.
Collaborate closely with UX designers and service designers to align visual design with customer journeys.
Apply accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across all digital experiences.
Ensure visual identity, typography, color, and layout remain consistent across customer-facing channels.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to inform interface decisions.
Work with development teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of designs.
Stay current with emerging UI trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous design innovation.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI design, preferably within financial services or large digital ecosystems.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital product and interface design work.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Basic understanding of front-end development principles is an advantage.
Skills Set
Strong visual design skills covering typography, layout, color, and interaction design.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and visual polish.
Ability to balance creative design with business and usability requirements.
