Role Context
The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Supervisor is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring engineering systems and equipment remain reliable, safe, and fully functional. The role supports warehouse and delivery station performance through preventive maintenance planning, spare parts control, inventory monitoring, and continuous improvement of maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote safe working practices and ensure full compliance with maintenance safety standards and engineering policies
* Monitor equipment availability and reliability to support uninterrupted warehouse and delivery operations
* Review daily shift reports and analyze engineering performance indicators
* Manage weekly cycle counts and physical inventory checks for maintenance stock
* Review stock health and monitor spare parts availability across operations
* Process spare parts orders and track stock shortages for timely resolution
* Conduct regular spare parts surveys and report missing or critical items to management
* Assign work orders to engineering shifts and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on schedule
* Analyze inventory discrepancies and recurring stock issues to improve accuracy
* Support annual maintenance contract activities and coordinate with external vendors during service execution
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering required
* Alternatively, minimum 1 year of practical electrical or mechanical engineering experience
* Experience in maintenance operations, engineering supervision, or equipment reliability management
* Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and engineering safety standards
* Experience in facilities management preferred
* Good analytical skills for inventory tracking, maintenance reporting, and operational problem-solving
* Ability to manage engineering priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Strong communication and coordination skills with operations and maintenance teams
