Candidate Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in maintenance of attendance register, leave forms and collection of monthly timesheets from all employees.
Receive and process vehicle requests for vehicle management
Conduct regular reviews to ensure that logbooks are completed
Perform fuel reconciliations
Maintain copies of drivers' license and ensure that there is an adequate filing system for motor vehicles
Receive and process training requests with the Finance Office
Collection and filing of all claims and ensure that supporting documentation is attached
Maintenance of petty cash float
Assist in general office administration
Provide support in all day-to-day activities of the office.
Answering and route phone calls, as needed.
Assist in general office administration.
Responsible for Stock control process
Responsible for asset management process
Perform adhoc tasks including driving and office purchases
Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning and photocopying
Maintain clean working environment in all common areas
Requesting and keeping track of items couriered
Liaise with all other sub-districts to obtain documentation for processing
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric and/ or tertiary qualification advantageous
Computer certificate advantageous
Minimum of 2 years data capturing experience
Advanced level of computer literacy (MS office suite)
Working knowledge of MS Excel critical
Able to communicate in English
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Willing to work unconventional hours
