- Assess and remove content that is inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or violates community guidelines.
- Provide professional and efficient responses to user inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, evolving platform policies, and best practices in content moderation.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling large volumes of content with precision and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (English B1 & above).
- Active interest and experience in short video platforms and social media trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large data volumes effectively.
- Cultural awareness and understanding of global and regional current affairs.
- Professional demeanor while handling potentially sensitive and explicit content.
- Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with various online platforms.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 business environment, including rotating shifts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field.
- Immediate availability or ability to join within 1-2 weeks of offer agreement.
