-High Degree in Management, HR, IT, Quality management, or Finance
-Experience with not less than 8 years in management level with similar position
-Leadership proven skills
-Ability and flexibility to work under pressure with change management capabilities
-Problem solving skills
-Organizational structures and processes experience
-Awareness of the Quality systems and quality assurance
Main responsibilities:
-Plan and oversee budgets for the responsible departments
-Partner with management to develop and implement company strategy
-Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company strategy
-Support the GM to communicate company strategy, policies, procedures, goals, and objective to all tiers of the organization with transparency and inclusion
