* Evaluate candidates considering cosmetic rhinoplasty.
* Perform detailed facial and nasal examinations before surgical planning.
* Develop individualized operative strategies according to anatomy, functional requirements and patient expectations.
* Perform functional rhinoplasty procedures.
* Conduct cosmetic rhinoplasty within approved clinical privileges.
* Perform septoplasty for clinically significant septal deviation.
* Carry out septorhinoplasty where combined functional and structural correction is required.
