* Interpret fetal imaging and diagnostic results within the broader maternal and pregnancy context.
* Develop individualized management plans for pregnancies affected by fetal abnormalities.
* Collaborate with obstetricians and maternal-fetal medicine specialists on high-risk pregnancy management.

* Provide compassionate counselling regarding prognosis, treatment alternatives and pregnancy management options.
* Support families through complex clinical decision-making while maintaining informed consent principles.
* Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records for assessments, procedures and follow-up care.
* Ensure effective communication between fetal medicine and other clinical teams.
* Follow hospital standards, clinical governance requirements and applicable healthcare regulations.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives relevant to maternal and fetal outcomes.
* Contribute to departmental clinical meetings and complex case reviews.
