The physician works closely with embryologists, fertility nurses and other clinical specialists to coordinate each stage of treatment safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive fertility consultations for individuals and couples.
* Review reproductive history, previous treatments and relevant medical factors.
* Perform structured infertility assessments to identify possible causes of reduced fertility.
* Develop individualized fertility treatment plans based on diagnosis, age and reproductive goals.
* Manage controlled ovarian stimulation protocols for IVF and related treatment cycles.
* Monitor follicular development through ultrasound and hormonal assessment.
* Adjust medication regimens according to ovarian response and clinical findings.
* Manage IVF cycles from initial stimulation through procedural and follow-up stages.
* Coordinate ICSI treatment where clinically indicated.

Ideal Profile
The position requires an MBBS, MD or equivalent recognized medical degree followed by completed specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Candidates should also have fellowship or structured subspecialty training in Reproductive Medicine, Infertility or IVF.
A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in IVF and fertility treatment is required, preferably within an established fertility center or multidisciplinary reproductive medicine service.
The successful physician should demonstrate proven expertise in IVF, ICSI, ovulation induction, follicular monitoring, egg retrieval, embryo transfer and broader assisted reproductive technology procedures.
Strong knowledge of fertility diagnostics is essential, including interpretation of reproductive ultrasound, hormonal profiles, semen analysis and relevant genetic screening.
