Consultant EndocrinologistAllocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced Consultant Endocrinologist for a leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia, with a tax-free salary and comprehensive employment benefits.

Position Overview
The Consultant Endocrinologist will diagnose, treat, and provide long-term care for patients with endocrine, hormonal, and metabolic disorders at a healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia. The position requires advanced expertise in diabetes management, sound clinical judgment, and a patient-centered approach aligned with international medical standards.
Core Duties
* Diagnose and manage diabetes mellitus, thyroid diseases, adrenal disorders, pituitary conditions, osteoporosis, obesity, and other metabolic disorders
* Perform comprehensive endocrine assessments and interpret hormonal, biochemical, and metabolic investigations
* Prepare personalized treatment plans based on each patient\'s diagnosis,
medical history, and long-term health requirements
* Provide consultant-level endocrinology services for inpatient and outpatient cases
* Deliver advanced diabetes care involving insulin therapy, continuous glucose monitoring systems, and lifestyle modification
* Support suitable patients using insulin pumps and other modern diabetes technologies
* Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust medication or management plans when clinically required
* Work closely with internal medicine physicians, cardiologists, nephrologists, dietitians, bariatric specialists, and other healthcare professionals
* Counsel patients and families on medication adherence, nutrition, disease prevention, and sustainable lifestyle changes
* Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with hospital policies and Saudi healthcare regulations
* Contribute to clinical audits, research activities, quality-improvement programs, and continuing medical education
* Maintain strict compliance with patient-safety, infection-control, and clinical-governance standards
Required Skills and Experience
* MBBS or an equivalent medical degree recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
* Board certification, fellowship, or an equivalent specialist qualification in Endocrinology
* Valid SCFHS Consultant registration and licence, or eligibility to obtain them
* At least five to seven years of post-board consultant experience in Endocrinology
* Previous employment in a recognized tertiary-care or academic hospital
* Strong expertise in diabetes, thyroid disease, hormonal disorders, and metabolic medicine
* Practical experience with continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump therapy is preferred
* Knowledge of obesity medicine and multidisciplinary metabolic care is advantageous
* Academic teaching, medical research, or publication experience is beneficial
* Arabic language ability is preferred
* Excellent diagnostic, analytical, communication, and patient-counseling skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment
