Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgical services in accordance with recognized international standards.
* Perform trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, burn reconstruction, and post-oncologic restorative procedures.
* Undertake facial, breast, and body-contouring surgery based on individual clinical needs and suitable treatment goals.
* Deliver appropriate non-surgical aesthetic interventions within the approved professional scope of practice.
* Conduct detailed consultations, physical examinations, diagnostic reviews, and pre-operative risk assessments.
* Prepare individualized surgical plans that reflect the patient\'s condition, expectations, and long-term care needs.
* Explain treatment options, expected outcomes, possible complications, recovery periods, and aftercare requirements.
* Obtain informed consent and ensure patients understand the benefits and limitations of recommended procedures.
* Monitor post-operative recovery and provide structured follow-up, wound management, and complication care.

* Minimum of 5-7 years of post-specialization experience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
