Specialist OBGYN - Arabic SpeakerJoin a leading healthcare assignment in Dubai and provide culturally sensitive obstetric and gynecological care within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Position Overview
The Specialist OBGYN - Arabic Speaker will deliver comprehensive women\'s healthcare in Dubai, covering routine and high-risk pregnancies, childbirth, postnatal support, gynecological diagnosis, and surgical treatment. The position requires strong clinical judgment, proven procedural expertise, and the ability to communicate fluently with Arabic-speaking patients and their families.
Core Duties
* Conduct detailed consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments for obstetric and gynecological patients
* Manage routine pregnancies and develop appropriate care plans for high-risk cases
* Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care focused on maternal and fetal well-being
* Perform cesarean sections,
hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, dilation and curettage, and colposcopy
* Support patients requiring fertility-related assessments and interventions
* Diagnose and treat a broad range of reproductive health and gynecological conditions
* Monitor clinical progress and adjust treatment plans according to patient needs and evidence-based guidelines
* Work closely with midwives, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other medical specialists
* Explain diagnoses, procedures, treatment options, and aftercare clearly in Arabic and English
* Maintain complete and accurate medical records in line with facility and regulatory requirements
* Follow patient-safety standards, infection-control procedures, and approved clinical protocols
* Participate in clinical audits, continuing medical education, and quality-improvement programs
Required Skills and Experience
* Recognized specialist qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, such as Arab Board, MRCOG, or an equivalent credential
* Eligibility for the relevant professional medical licence in the United Arab Emirates
* At least five years of post-specialization experience in a hospital, maternity facility, or women\'s health clinic
* Fluency in spoken and written Arabic
* Professional English communication skills
* Strong obstetric, gynecological, surgical, and diagnostic capabilities
* Demonstrated experience managing routine and complicated pregnancies
* Sound understanding of evidence-based women\'s healthcare practices
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a culturally respectful approach to patient care
* Ability to make timely clinical decisions and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
