Education / Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Minimum Education / Qualification:
Matric
Minimum Level / Years of Experience:
2 Years experience in a similar position
Key Performance Areas:
Cleaning of food production areas, equipment, and utensils
Cleaning and maintaining of general areas
Cleaning, maintaining and storing of cleaning materials and equipment
Disposing of refuse
Maintaining a secure and safe working environment
Maintaining specified productivity levels
Competencies and Skills Requirements:
Basic Literacy, able to read, write and communicate adequately in the language of the workplace
Basic Numeracy, able to understand and work with numbers adequately
Visual Perception, able to perceive correctly and in visual detail so as to discern cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assembling Skills, ability to dismantle and reassemble kitchen equipment
Additional Skills Requirements:
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to carry heavy objects
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
Must be able to do any given task - reasonable
Disqualifiers:
Insufficient working experience
