Area Retail Operations Manager - ADNOC Abu Dhabi
Role Summary
Join ADNOC as an Area Retail Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple service stations across assigned areas in Abu Dhabi. This includes managing fuel services, convenience stores, LPG, NGV services, car wash, and Oasis Café. You will ensure operational excellence, maximize profitability, enhance customer experience, and maintain strict compliance with ADNOC standards and HSSE requirements.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee operations for 14+ ADNOC service stations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability across all locations
* Manage staffing plans, resource allocation, and inventory control to meet business targets
* Conduct regular inspections for compliance with SOPs, HSSE standards, and ADNOC brand guidelines
* Analyze sales performance, control operational costs, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets
* Drive customer service excellence and develop training programs for station staff
* Lead audits, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate reconciliation and banking processes
* Implement promotional campaigns and maintain product availability and merchandising standards
* Monitor and improve safety practices, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to maintain service level agreements
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational innovation to enhance profitability
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Valid UAE driving license
* Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development, including 5 years in retail fuel or oil & gas sector
* Strong knowledge of UAE downstream market dynamics
* Expertise in operational audits, compliance, and retail sales strategies
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
